Add Storage, a Dedicated IP or Priority SLA Yourself
29 October 2026 · 5 min read
Need more disk, a dedicated IPv4, or faster senior support routing? Add them on the service page without opening a sales ticket.
Extras on the service you already have
Not every growth step needs a full plan change. Sometimes you want more storage on the same package, a dedicated IPv4, or priority support routing. HostPanda lists those as add-ons on the hosting service in the Client Area.
Open the service, review Add-ons, and add what you need. Active add-ons show with their monthly price. You can remove one later from the same card when you no longer need it.
What is in the catalogue
Extra disk adds high-speed NVMe storage in a fixed chunk when media or databases need room. Dedicated IPv4 gives the service its own address, which some mail and SSL setups prefer. Priority SLA routes you toward senior engineers with a faster response target for that add-on.
Prices are shown per month on the card before you confirm. Feature limits of your base plan still apply; add-ons extend specific parts rather than silently rewriting the whole package.
- Extra NVMe storage.
- Dedicated IPv4 address.
- 15-minute priority SLA routing.
- Add or remove from the service page.
When to change plan instead
If you need more websites or a larger base package, use Change plan rather than stacking add-ons forever. Add-ons are for targeted extras on a service that already fits.
Past-due invoices still need clearing for normal package changes. Pay the open invoice or use Extend hosting during grace if you only need more time on the same plan.
