Every HostPanda plan is sold with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If hosting is not the right fit, you can ask for a refund within that window instead of being stuck after a long prepaid experiment.

We would rather you leave cleanly than stay unhappy. Use the first weeks to upload a site, open the control panel, and see whether the Client Area tools match how you work.

Our guarantee calculates refunds on the unused hosting time left in your billing period so you only pay for what you used. For standard orders, the refund base is 100% of that unused time. If your order used a promotional coupon code or discount, the base is 50% of the remaining unused time.

A standard 8% processing fee is deducted from the refund base to cover non-refundable payment processor costs, and the remainder is refunded directly to your original payment method.

From the Client Area, open the hosting service (or Billing for Account credit) and submit a refund request within 30 days of the purchase you want reviewed. You will see the request status on Billing while our billing team reviews it.

Cash payouts are never automatic. Staff must approve the request before money is returned to your original payment method, using the unused-time, coupon, and processing-fee rules in our Terms of Service. Domain registrations and third-party fees can follow different rules than hosting.
