Track Website and Preview Address Quotas in Client Area

Every hosting package includes a set number of primary website slots. Starter comes with 1 website slot, Business includes 5 website slots, and Pro offers higher limits for growing portfolios.

In the Client Area under Websites, you can see exactly how many sites you have connected alongside your remaining capacity. A clear quota meter tracks used slots against your plan allowance.

HostPanda provides temporary preview addresses under sites.hostpanda.uk so you can build and review sites before changing DNS. These preview addresses have their own dedicated quota meter.

When you create a temporary address for staging, it occupies one preview slot. Once your real domain points to HostPanda and the site goes live, you can remove the temporary address to free that slot back up for future staging work.

• Removing a staging address returns the slot to your quota pool.
• Status notices clearly show if you have used all available slots.

If all website slots are occupied, the Add Website button displays a helpful status note explaining that your limit is reached instead of failing silently.

You never have to delete active sites to make room. Open Change Plan to upgrade to Business or Pro; your unused prepaid time on the current package is automatically credited toward the upgrade.
